    My friend is struggling with rheumatoid arthritis. She had very bad diet before. A lot of exercise, therefore very good weigth/height ration. Now, better diet, but her weight went from 50kg, 15%BF, to 43kg, 8-9%BF. I think she is loosing muscles. And I’m afraid of her hormonal state. She has a kind of strict vegetarian diet and only one shake in the morning contains around 20g of protein and that is it. What kind of proteins, supplements or normal food, you suggest, that she can add to her diet and how much?? Thank you very much for your help.
