  3. For men who suffer from high blood pressure or high cholesterol, follow your doctor’s treatment recommendations.
  4. Always include daily exercise and general physical activity in your daily routine.
  5. Attempt to maintain a healthy weight.
  6. If you must drink alcohol, drink in moderation. Avoid abuse of alcohol. Drinking too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure.
  7. For men who have been diagnosed with diabetes, make sure you keep your blood sugar under control and follow your doctor’s recommendations.
  8. Practice good stress management. If you are having trouble managing your stress, speak to your doctor or request outside assistance with it.
